Hartmut Hemme is Senior Director Marketing in the Business Unit GermanID- Systems at Bundesdruckerei GmbH in Berlin, Germany. He received his degree in Political Science, English and Psychology from University of Oldenburg before starting his professional career as Project Manager for Aldus Europe Ltd, in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1989.
In 1991 Mr. Hemme moved to Munich, where he accepted position with Siemens Nixdorf Informationssysteme AG and in 1994 joined Bundesdruckerei GmbH. Here he held several positions until he started his current position as Senior Director Marketing in 2019.
Parallel to joining Bundesdruckerei GmbH he started working in standardization and is currently convenor of a DIN working group and an ISO SC17 WG3 Task Force and in that respect also working for ICAO New Technologies Working Group.
