Orange launches ‘Orange Cash’

The Orange Cash prepaid card costs £5 and can be loaded up to £5,000 with the peace of mind that you can never spend more than you load. The card is also ideal for students who want to manage their spending and for holidaymakers who want a hassle free, safe alternative to cash. Orange Cash prepaid cards can be loaded with money at over 22,000 shops and petrol stations across the UK with the PayPoint logo, at 12,000 Post Offices, over 450 Orange Retail stores and online on the Orange Cash website. The Orange Cash card is also the UK’s first prepaid card to be offered with rewards that can be used on the customer’s Pay As You Go mobile phone (Orange Pay As You Go phones only). Earning one Orange prepaid reward point for every £1 spent, customers can redeem their rewards online for free texts, airtime, credit on Orange Pay As You Go phones or vouchers for use in Orange shops. Orange Cash prepaid customers also benefit from the ease and convenience afforded by contactless technology. By simply holding their Orange Cash card close to a contactless reader, customers can pay for purchases of £15 and under without the hassle of loose change. Contactless payments offer a quicker and more convenient way to pay. The prepaid card has been developed for Orange by PrePay Solutions, the UK and Europe’s leading prepaid services company. www.orange.co.uk
