Minister Martin Bartenstein, the Federal Economic Minister of Austria to Hanoi. Additional Honoraries included H.E. Phung Khac Ke, the Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, and H.E. the Austrian Ambassador Johannes Peterlik. As H.E.
