At the last EPSM (European payment association) meeting, Klaus Frandsen from the payment provider NETS in Denmark was elected as additional 4th board member. On the same occasion, the other board members Nicolas Adolph (InterCard, Chairman), Günther Wild (B+S Card Service, Deputy Chairman), and Georg Riepe (AGES, Treasurer) were re-elected in their present functions for another two year period.
