The division will be managed by Xavier Drilhon, Deputy Managing Director. • Fiduciary Printing This division regroups the fiduciary printing of bank notes, administrative documents, cheques and service vouchers, along with associated services. It will be managed by Nicolas Koutros, Deputy Managing Director. • Identity This new division will have the responsibility of traditional and electronic identification documents and the associated services and systems for both the governmental and the private markets. Identity is the market segment with the strongest growth in the coming years. Oberthur will use its entire means to develop sales by exploiting the strong commercial presence already established with traditional identity documents, Cards global position, and the combination of both its electronic and fiduciary printing technologies. The division will be managed by Stéphane Guilbault with Xavier Fricout as Deputy General Manager. • Cash Protection The division will be managed by Patrice Rullier. This organisation is the logical continuation of the creation of Oberthur Technologies on 27th of December 2007, which includes all the activities of the Group.
